Return Policies

All items must still have tags on them and be in original packaging. They should show no signs of wear, hair, or other foreign particles.

Online or Shipped To Orders

Items to be returned must be pre-approved by the Salado Creek Tack Shop.

Customer is responsible for any shipping costs for returned items.

Items shipped must be postmarked within the 30 day window upon the customer’s receipt of the product. Shipping confirmation with a tracking number is required.

Items will not be considered “returned” until we have it back in our possession and they have been inspected and approved by Salado Creek Tack Shop.

  • Helmets
  • Special ordered or customized items
  • Bits
  • Undergarments
  • Sale items
